1. How do I choose colors?
Answer: We offer a wide variety of colors — just let us know your preferences when placing your order. If we need clarification or have any questions, we’ll be sure to contact you directly. You’re also welcome to email us anytime with specific requests or inspiration!

2. What if you don't have the scent I want?
Answer: If there’s a scent you’re looking for that isn’t listed, feel free to email us! We may already have it in stock or be able to source it for you. We’re always happy to do our best to make your custom request a reality.

3. Is there another way to pay?
Answer: Yes! If you prefer a different payment method, please message us directly on Facebook to arrange it. Kindly do not place your order through the website if you plan to use an alternative payment option — we’ll be happy to assist you personally.

4. Do you wrap and send gifts to others upon request?
Answer: Absolutely! We’re happy to wrap your gift and send or deliver it to your chosen recipient. A small fee may apply to cover packaging and shipping expenses — just let us know the details when you place your order.

5. Do you accept returns?
Answer: We accept returns only if the item was damaged due to an error on our part. In that case, simply return the product to us and we’ll gladly remake it at no additional cost. If the damage occurred due to customer handling, we’re unable to offer a free replacement or accept a return.

6. How do I place a tumbler order?
Answer: If you see a tumbler design we've already created, you can order it directly and let us know if you'd like a name or custom touch added. If you’re looking for a design you don’t see, simply message us with your idea. We’ll work with you to create a custom tumbler that fits your vision perfectly.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom items may take a bit longer depending on the design and materials. We’ll always keep you updated and notify you when your order is on the way.

8. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Answer: Yes! Local pickup is available. Just let us know during checkout or message us directly to arrange a time and location.

9. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Answer: We do offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders on select products. If you're interested in placing a larger order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work out the details.

10. Can I see a proof of my custom item before it’s made?
Answer: Absolutely! For highly personalized orders (like tumblers or shirts), we can send a design preview before production to make sure it’s exactly what you want.
